With the launch of the new website, I’m please to announce the additional for bespoke training programmes for personal, corporate & educational organisations.

Corporate Training Programmes

The corporate programmes addresses common problems employees may face at work include possible back problems such as bad posture due to unsuitable chairs and having to stand position while working, suffering muscle fatigue / ache due to working long hours behind a desk or working remotely (from home) and not taking breaks. Pronation of the (hunched shoulders) from working at a computer for long hours at the office.

Personal Training Programmes

The personal training programmes addresses common problems professionals may face include long working hours at desks often without breaks, slumping in the chair either at work or when commuting long distances, eating fast / unhealthy food high in calories on the go. Stress related which impacts their home / family life and makes them over eat and live unhealthy lifestyles.

Education Training Programmes

The education training programmes addresses common problems teaching staff may face at work include possible back problems such as bad posture due to unsuitable chairs in the classroom and having to assume standing position while working at the board, suffering muscle fatigue / aches and pains and stress due to sitting long hours working behind a desk or working remotely (from home) and not taking enough breaks

My aim is to help inspire people and to help them reach their personal goal, to motivate, build confidence, to help overcome personal limitations moving away from their comfort zone and achieve their capability with professional support.
