I design and deliver bespoke training plans tailored to clients goals and help them to achieve results and to look the part. I believe in working together one to one and in small groups training using a person centred approach to ensure they become the best version of themselves and to stay motivated by following a clear step by step plan.
I qualified from Bedfordshire University with a degree in Sport and Physical Education with an emphasis on biomechanics and anatomy.
I continued my studies at the European Institute of Fitness in Shrewsbury which is national and an international recognised fitness training provider and obtained Master Trainer Levels 2/3 and Master Coach Level 3 enabling me to become a personal trainer.
I began work with Virgin Active as a fitness instructor, delivering group exercises and 1 – 1 fitness assessments to all levels of disabilities, fitness and abilities. My client’s needs varied from post-operative support, injury prevention to exercising for the first time.
I moved to Fitness First, Bahrain, where I took a position as an Anytime Fitness Manager and my role was overseeing the club, sales, memberships, developing the club profile, personal programmes and training staff on site.
All my training and experience has involved working and supporting a variety of clientele including those with disabilities, weight loss exercise, Triathlon, Spartan and endurance event competitors and those wanting to improve mobility and posture and bespoke training.
My aim is to help inspire people and to help them reach their personal goal, to motivate, build confidence, to help overcome personal limitations moving away from their comfort zone and achieve their capability with professional support.
